We understand that you may have some questions regarding keeping you, or your children safe while playing Alien Vaders. Questions such as in-app purchases, privacy concerns and age limits are all valid subjects that we are going to address here for you.

Alien Vaders age Rating

Generally speaking Alien Vaders does not have an age rating for players, however you will find age recommendation on either the Apple or Google app stores for the game similar to ratings such as G, PG or PG-13 etc.

Where can I find Alien Vaders?

Our game is globally available for free from a multitude of platforms. Initially for IOS and Android devices you can visit the (Apple) App Store or the (Google) Play Store from your device to download our app. On Samsung devices you can visit the Samsung Galaxy store and on (Amazon) the Amazon Appstore for Android. Some version such as Nintendo Switch, Xbox, PlayStation and PC versions may become available in the future.

Is Alien Vaders free to play?

Alien Vaders is a free to play game, offering in-app purchasing for some items such as Gems. It is not necessary to purchase anything in the game to play it but it can be used to enhance some gameplay elements and items. Pricing for in-app purchases range from £0.99 to £99.99 (Without taxes) in the UK or equivalent in your country. Not all in-app items can be purchase using real money however Gems are usually an item that can only be purchased using real money and are always labelled clearly. Gems are accessible "in-game" within the Shop section.

Personal information and Privacy

AlienID
From time to time our players are asked to create an AlienID in order to save their in-game progress. A valid email address is required to create an AlienID. We take great care to keep all out player’s information in a safe and secure manner using SSL connectivity.

Marketing
While creating an AlienID, players have the option to opt out of getting relevant marketing material. We always ask for the players consent before sending them any marketing materials. We will not sell or disclose personal information of our players to any third party for any commercial purposes.

Payment DetailsWe do not store any of our players credit card information related to in-game purchasing as the payment transactions are completed through Apple's App Store or Google Play (depending on your device) via the personal email address associated with that account.

Where can I find my payment History?

You can find and review your purchases as follows:

IOS:

• Open iTunes on your computer.
• Select your username (usually your e-mail address), and choose "Account"
• Scroll down to "Purchase History", and choose "See All"

Android:

• Enter payments.google.com, then log in with your Google account.
• Select "Transactions" to display your Play Store order history.
• Choose an purchased item to view its corresponding receipt.

How do I get a refund for an in-app purchase?

Unless otherwise specified we do not offer any refunds for any in-app purchases in our game. In rare cases, some exceptions may be applied.

For an IOS device purchase
We are unable to handle refunds directly. Please visit Apple support and select the "Contact iTunes store support" link, then "Purchases, billing and redemption" and choose the option that suits best.

For an Android device purchase
Please contact our support with the receipt of the purchase. Transaction ID from Google looks similar to this (GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345) and must be clearly visible in the email. Receipts for transactions would have been emailed to you by Google after each purchase.

Do you keep my bank details?

We do not process payments for any in-app purchases, neither do we have access to any of your payment information. That is because the payment transactions are completed through Apple's App Store or Google Play (depending on your device platform). Receipts for your transactions are emailed to you by Apple or Google after each purchase. Note: all post-purchase processes are controlled by Apple or Google and are subject to change by them.
